Meet the Teacher

Hello! I am Noah Young. I have been teaching art since 2020, first at Camp Echo Lake during the summers, and now here at Center Woods Elementary. I have also volunteered at Kimball Jenkins in Concord. I specialize in graphic design, photography, 3D printing, pen and ink, and watercolor painting. I live in Henniker, and work my hardest to make sure that each project meets kids where they're at and make some outstanding artists!

I am so proud of each and every student that has come through my class, not just in their work, but in the respect they show toward themselves, each other, and the space.

Extended absences or for fun!

Check out these extended learning opportunities below! Select one to complete during your absence. When finished with your masterpiece, you can send a picture to my email, or tell me about it in class when you return.

Do what you can with what you have! Even a single piece of printer paper with a blue ballpoint pen can create something incredible. I can't wait to see what you make! Art isn't just for school - it can be done anywhere! Even on the moon!

You'll notice there's a lot of Cassie Stephens here - she totally rocks and feel free to look at any of her projects for inspiration!

Check out these videos and see what catches your eye!
